Chiyu Uemae Exhibition from the Gallery Nippon Collection
An exhibition of works by Chiyu Uemae from the collection of Gallery Nippon will be held in Tokyo. The exhibition will focus primarily on Uemae’s NUI works.

Masashi Asada × Osaka 20th Century Art Collection: Stories Shared Only Here by Artists and Their Families
The exhibition will include newly commissioned photographs by Masashi Asada featuring works by Chiyu Uemae alongside members of his family.
Set in Uemae’s former studio, these family portraits emerged from conversations with his family and offer a rare glimpse into the artist’s personal world.

Uemae Chiyu―Own path to his unique works
This exhibition focuses on Uemae’s distinctive NUI works and presents them alongside his early figurative paintings, later non-representational paintings, objects, and prints, offering an overview of his artistic development.
